With a real estate career spanning almost 30 years, almost all exclusively with Dunes Marketing Group, Bill Baldwin achieved great individual and company success from the start, rising quickly as line salesman in his early days to director of sales & marketing soon thereafter, a position he still proudly holds.
 Bill's skillful leadership, creative vision and gifted management abilities have played an enormous part in shaping the identity and reputation of Dunes Marketing Group, guiding it from a small company specializing in new product offerings into a full-service brokerage firm serving tens of thousands of customers. Under his remarkable tenure, Dunes Marketing Group now boasts more than 100 sales executives, six convenient sales locations, and is consistently ranked among the top three real estate companies in the Lowcountry in total sales volume...an impressive feat due to tireless support from Bill's talented team of sales executives and administrators.
Along the way, Bill became happily married to a Southern-born gal from Kentucky, welcomed two wonderful sons into his life, now both fully grown, and travelled to many exciting world-wide destinations for business and pleasure. When not ensconced in management duties at Dunes Marketing Group, he can be found spending quality time with family and friends and enjoying the abundant recreational activities found year ‘round on Hilton Head Island and nearby in the Lowcountry.
